I especially enjoy assisting sellers. Selling often times can be very complicated. I have 45 pages of notes and differing items which can assist anyone in selling thier own home (FSBO Section). Included inside that guide there are some events that take a week+ of preparation, others which are costly, some require professional assistance with things such as contracts. Selling can be expensive, complicated, and difficult.
